A simple, three step spiritual-religious exercise.
Step One Think about something you did in the last week or month that connected you with your humanity. Think about anything that you did that heightened your feeling a part of (as opposed to apart from) being an active part of the human race.
Examples might include, but are not limited to: crying, being kind to a stranger, savoring a meal, taking a hike.
Step Two Think about something that you did in the last week or month that disconnected you or made you feel less alive.
Examples might include, but are not limited to: mindlessly surfing the Internet, hitting the snooze button for a half-hour, ignoring someone in need.
Step Three Do one thing this week that will make you feel more connected to your experience of being alive and one less thing that will make you feel less connected.

The 77% Weekly |
The 77% Weekly: The Religion-Outside-The-Box Newsletter helps people find and be with (the) God (of their understanding) 40 out of 52 weeks a year.
Why 77%?
Two reasons: 1) 40/52 = 0.76923. The newsletter is sent every Monday except the last of each month.
2) In school 77% was a passing grade and ROTB is delighted to remind you that life isn’t graded. Religion-Outside-The-Box is a donation-supported,
