Nonetheless U R Enough

Nonetheless U R Enough

Despite the possibility of even our own selves not believing it, we are enough.

We are enough.

Despite the possibility of even you not believing it, you are enough.

You are enough, just as you are.

Despite the possibility of even me not believing it, I am enough.

I am enough.

I’m not saying that we do enough or that we have enough.

I’m saying that we are enough.

At our core, we are enough.

Even if you doubt it or don’t believe it, we are enough.

Let that sink in for a moment.

When we feel as if we are not enough, we face the tyranny of striving for perfection. This increases our stress.

When we feel we are enough, we can find more satisfaction in the present moment.

When we feel we are enough, we are calmer and thereby able to make more rational, healthy, detached decisions.

When we feel we are enough, we don’t need other people to fill us.

Look at the clock, right now, and sit for a minute, feeling enough.

Good job.

(And, if you want, set an alarm for the same time every day this week to do the same.)

You are enough.

Yes, you are.

Of course you are.
