If someone goes to offer you a dirty tissue, what can you say? “No thank you” – obvious words “ Put it in the bin” – kind words… What about offering an awful opinion instead of an icky object? Can you do the same? Say ‘No thank you’ instead of something harsh?

Do your work, then step back, the only path to serenity.” “Fill your bowl to the brim and it will spill. Keep sharpening your knife and it will blunt. The only path to serenity.” Discussion and interpretation by people.
